Be Part of the Magic of Sisterhood

Our 2012 – 2013 year is just beginning and we need you to be a part of the excitement.

Our sisterhood reflects the diversity of University Synagogue, with members of varied backgrounds, ages, and interests. Whether you would simply like to get to know some of the other women in the congregation, or would like to get involved, there is a place for you in sisterhood. However you choose to participate, please know that a warm and caring group of women waits for you.

As a member of sisterhood, you are a member of Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ). WRJ is the women’s affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism, the central body of Reform Judaism in North America. Established in 1913, WRJ now represents more than 65,000 women in nearly 500 women’s groups in North America and around the world. A portion of your dues is contributed to WRJ which gives our sisterhood membership in this organization.

Help us reach our goal of 100% membership by sending in your dues today. We are planning a fantastic year of events. Even if you cannot actively participate, your membership will help support our many important programs and projects.
