University Synagogue and its membership is dedicated to Tikkun Olam - the mystical act of repairing our broken world through acts of love and kindness. There are a myriad of organizations that warrant our support. The synagogue encourages its members to pursue their own avenues of Tikkun Olam and doesn't endorse any one organization over another. However, as a part of a vital Jewish community the synagogue has a special cooperative relationship with both the Los Angeles Jewish Federation, the Israel Bonds organization and ARZA.
