Care & Support

Mitzvah Corps.

Our congregation provides support through rough and happier times. The UNISYN Mitzvah Corps is dedicated to serving our fellow congregants as they encounter life cycle events. We welcome new babies, provide support for congregants facing illness or surgery and we help those among us who mourn the loss of a loved one. If you are need and or want support from Mitzvah Corps please contact our synagogue offices, via email or phone 310.472.1255, so that we can assure you the support you need is met as well as if you would like to help volunteer within Mitzvah Corps.

Tikkun Olam Committee

Tikkun Olam - repairing the world - is a pillar Jewish principles and values, and it is also a something that our congregation works to exemplify this through continual progams and partnerships year-round as well as with special projects. From providing egg cartons and paperbags for St. Jospeh's Center, collecting foods and other household items for SOVA, gathering childrens cloths and supplies for Baby2Baby, and so many other programs our Tikkun Olam Committee works to be a support to bettering our congregation and community at large. If you would like to learn more on programs or get involved please contact the synagogue offices, via email or phone 310.472.1255.
