Stay Safe & Healthy
Stay Safe & Healthy
As our community, our city, and our nation continue to learn more about the COVID-19 pandemic, University Synagogue remains your home for connection and engagement. Despite the physical distance this virus has placed between us, we will continue to make opportunities for our members to bring sacred community into their lives.
UniSyn has moved our worship, educational, tikkun olam, and spiritual gatherings into virtual offerings in response to the spread of COVID-19 throughout Los Angeles, enabling all our congregants to continue participating in Jewish life safely. Until further notice, all worship services and study opportunities will be held online only.
Additionally, we remain committed, as we have from the onset of this pandemic, to providing you with the most up-to-date, relevant, and specific information we can regarding the status of our Los Angeles and UniSyn communities, so that you can make the best choices to safeguard yourself and your loved ones.
Please remember that you remain part of a loving and caring community concerned for your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Should you or a family member experience any illness, injury, loss, or simply wish to talk to someone, please reach out to us immediately. Your UniSyn family remains here to support you.
Staying connected to our members during this time is one of our top priorities. With this in mind we will be sending out the Torch on Wednesdays detailing the different digital options we have for you each week. Additionally we will continue to post updates and community engagement on our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and website regularly.
We plan on utilizing Zoom online conferencing as much as possible. If you need assistance getting set up with Zoom, please watch the video linked here. More help can be found by visiting their website's Help Section by clicking here. All streams will begin 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
